This week, we have updated our returns process, which we hope will be a great benefit in saving time and increasing efficiencies.
Returning items can sometimes be a hassle and difficult to track, this is why we have been working to improve in this area for some time. With the launch of our new online returns form which is *now live* we hope to make our returns process quicker, more accessible and easier to track for you.
From 19th June onwards, we ask that all customers and resellers kindly follow the simple steps below prior to sending an item to be returned:
- Either head straight to www.miracle-electronics.com/returns or using the navigation on our website, hover over “Contact” and click on “Returns”.
- Complete the Material Returns Authorisation form in full (with all details required) and submit.
- Once we have received the request, we will be in touch to confirm a unique reference code that must be written on your parcel prior to sending to our warehouse along with details for the correct address items must be sent to.
- From here, our team will receive the return and process it accordingly. With the unique reference code provided, you will be able to get in touch for updates on the process as required.
