For over three decades, Miracle Electronics has designed, engineered and manufactured Nurse Call and Emergency Alarm Management systems that healthcare and care providers across New Zealand and Australia rely on every day.

Because our technology is engineered by our in house R&D team, we have total control over design direction and can manufacture products that are specifically tailored to suit our customers needs, straight out of the box.
We distribute via a nationwide network of approved resellers who are fully backed with factory training, consultation assistance and 24/7 technical support.
Miracle systems have been designed specifically for the medical and aged care markets but due to their flexibility are also used in other environments including education, construction and hospitality. With more than over 1000 systems in service across New Zealand and Australia, Miracle are firmly connected to our clients and will continue to provide them with best in cutting edge technology.

OUR HISTORY
How did we get here?
Miracle Electronics Limited began trading in 1990. The original CareCall™ product was aimed primarily at the rest home market. It was easy to install, used a simple method of cabling, and was inherently able to display individual call points.
The Miracle team grew, expanding to larger premises and by the mid-1990’s CareCall™2 was ready with capacity for 100 call-points, expandable in modules of 100. This new system included three levels of call priority, a significant step towards supporting workflow concepts in nursing care. CareCall™2 proved to be very successful and was installed in rest homes, retirement villages and public and private hospitals throughout the country.
CareCall™3 was the next innovation and was installed in Christchurch Women’s Hospital which opened in 2005, followed by Masterton Hospital in 2006, and the new Wellington Regional Hospital 2009. CareCall™3 was installed in hundreds of facilities throughout New Zealand, including Ryman Healthcare and Summerset Group retirement villages.
Through the years Miracle developed many complimentary technologies including call monitoring and reporting apps, door monitoring systems and WanderShield – a wireless dementia patient protection system that is still specified today in aged care facilities.
In 2020, Miracle moved to new premises in Lower Hutt and soon after launched the latest generation of nurse call technology, CareCall™4.

In the heart of our logo lies a powerful story of connection and support, symbolised by three nested triangles. The triangles together create a robust and stable structure, symbolising strength and reliability. Each triangle represents a crucial part of our ecosystem:
- The Outer Triangle: This is us, Miracle Electronics. We form the foundation and the broadest support structure, encompassing all our efforts and resources to ensure stability and growth.
- The Middle Triangle: This represents our resellers. They are the bridge between us and the end users, providing essential services and support, ensuring that the end users receive the best possible experience.
- The Inner Triangle: At the core is the end user. Surrounded by the reseller and us, they are protected and supported, ensuring they receive the utmost care and benefits from our combined efforts.
The Two Underlines
The two underlines signify our forward momentum. They represent our commitment to moving into the future together with our resellers, highlighting our shared journey and mutual growth.
The Circles
Scattered around the triangles are circles, reminiscent of vias on a printed circuit board (PCB). These circles symbolise the intricate connections and pathways that facilitate communication and support within our network, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
The Colours
The triangle uses two shades of blue. Light Blue represents trust, tranquility, and reliability. It reflects our commitment to providing a stable and dependable foundation for our resellers and
end users. Dark Blue signifies depth, expertise, and professionalism. It underscores our dedication to excellence and our deep-rooted knowledge in our field.
